As part of a strategic simplification process, our two sister companies Farbenwerke Wunsiedel GmbH and MASTER TEC GmbH chemische Produkte were successfully merged on August 1, 2025. This means that we now combine all our expertise under one strong and traditional brand.

Farbenwerke Wunsiedel GmbH has been producing customized pigment mixtures for industry for 120 years, while MASTER TEC has been manufacturing high-quality masterbatches and compounds at the same location since 1988. The merger offers us, as a quality-oriented medium-sized company, opportunities to further reduce administrative costs and position ourselves on the market as an experienced and competent specialist for industrial color applications. All business activities will be handled by Farbenwerke Wunsiedel GmbH in the future.
When does the merger take effect?
The merger of the two companies became effective upon registration with the local court on August 1, 2025.
What will change for you as a customer?
For you, our valued customer and partner of Farbenwerke Wunsiedel GmbH, everything will remain the same. The merger is primarily intended to make our internal processes even more efficient and transparent for you. At the same time, we are reducing unnecessary internal administrative work. There will be no changes to the shareholder structure, your usual contact persons, or our well-established business relationships. All customers of MASTER TEC GmbH chemische Produkte will in future be served with our masterbatches and compounds by Farbenwerke Wunsiedel GmbH. All employees and facilities will remain at our location in Wunsiedel.

Die Betreuung unserer Kunden in technischer und kaufmännischer Hinsicht hat es mir angetan. Seit meinem Abschluss im Jahr 2003 als Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur (FH) bin ich ein Farbenwerkler und habe mich in die technischen Finessen der Pigmentierung von Kunststoffen und Bauchemikalien eingearbeitet.
