Color retention and reproducibility as a result of a consistent orientation to quality.

The quality of the color is elementary for us. Because we know what it means for our customers. In doing so, we think about the entire value added chain: the quality of our raw materials, the optimum manufacturing process, the homogeneity of the mixture, the color constancy in each batch and an optimum color stability. The top priority is the color that our customer wants, which must be reproduced 1:1 and on a consistent basis.

Our quality management fulfills the requirements of ISO 9001, which is firmly anchored in our quality guidelines.

In doing so, we undergo regular audits at our customers and also carry out professional internal audits and audits at our suppliers.

At our color laboratory, we create the basis for our quality advantage.

We don’t want to test quality, but to use our analyses and measurements to create a reliable basis for our decision making. We check each raw material ourselves. We evaluate specifications, analyze the colorimetry and make the necessary adjustments. Our development samples are manufactured by trained chemical laboratories under realistic conditions.

Documentation is obligatory. This is the only way to compare agreed specifications with standards and to transfer proven processes into the production processes of each batch.“

Weathering as a showpiece discipline

Whether it is part of an existing customer project or for your internal development work and quality assurance ñ at our Technical Service Center (TSC), we offer you an exceptional range of laboratory equipment and test systems which help you to find solutions or analyze problems. Artificial weathering

At our TSC, all the standard weathering devices such as QUV, xenon and sun-test devices are available.


With the Vicat softening temperature, we glean important information on the thermal stability and heat distortion resistance of your plastic component.

Microscopy and IR microscopy

High-resolution insights into the microstructure of surfaces as well as analyses of complex material compositions for the systematic further development of products.

Laboratory extrusion and injection molding

Production-related systems enable the rapid response implementation of the first development and production patterns.

With sophisticated measurement technology, we check the properties of plastics for the optimum development of the masterbatch carrier systems, for example.
